Love this!!!! Bought as a Christmas present for my children (7 and 5) from their grandparents. After very quick set up they both took to it straight away. We connected it to the app that help to teach them and within minutes they were both playing simple little tunes..by the following my 8yo would play ‘happy birthday’ all by herself very pleased

Grand children are loving learning to play, lessons soon.

Learning by following the lights is just what we would use at the video game piano games and having it on your own home piano so you can learn to play along without a teacher is quite a nice way to augment and enhance your piano learning experience! All in this piano is pretty affordable and jam packed with features beyond just merely being a piano that it is great for all ages to enjoy!

Pretty easy to navigate and beginner friendly.
An awesome center is the learner mode, where the lights will flash and you press the corresponding keys and follow along to the song. I did notice in this mode that there are sone notes that are “airy” and almost no sound can be heard however out of learning mode the key will function normally.
The flashing light mode is fun but thankfully there’s the mode where you can easily turn it off/on.
Since I have a portable, folding keyboard stand, I did not use the one that this came with, however, it doesn’t look like it’s too extensive to assemble.
I will say that this keyboard was packaged exceptionally well. Not only was the entire unit engulfed in air bubble wrap, but there were even stickers on the Styrofoam to indicate where precisely all of the cables were placed, to ensure that you did not accidentally throw them out.
Speaking of which…
The only major con is the power cable, which is quite short, so charging can be challenging.

I am not one to rave about a product, but this is a worthy keyboard for my praise. I admit I am not a pianist but I do play guitar. In fact, I first heard of the Donner brand while looking at budget electric guitars on Amazon. I was interested to see so many positive reviews about a brand that I had not heard about. The brand is based in China, where its guitars and keyboards are made. If you research well-known American name brands you'll see that most of their budget instruments are made in China. I am not surprised if Chinese manufacturers are making instruments to sell directly to the consumer following the standards of the foreign (American) brands.
I could write pages about this Donner keyboard but to spare the reader I wil condense my comments into bullet points.
PLUSES:
1. This keyboard came packaged with exceptional care. The large contained two smaller boxes: one the keyboard, the other the optional stand. Not only were the keys protected by a plastic sheet, the keyboard was in a plastic bag with a cushioned wrap around the instrument. It was all in pristine condition on unwrapping.
2. The sound is extraordinary. I could not wait to try it out so I didn't even plug it in or charge it (it can be powered either way). It turned on immediately and the sound blew me away. Other keyboards of the same size, 61 keys, just don't have a true piano tone. This one does. Another keyboard I have has weak speakers and to hear it I have to attach an external speaker. Not the Donner. Its sound is loud enough to fill a large room.
3. The keys on the Donner are truly full size, nearly as long as those on a standard piano. The touch and sustain are excellent.
4. The demos that are built-in and are high quality and really showcase the instrument.
5. Everything needed is included. Along with the separate stand (which needs simple assembly), there is an excellent user manual complete with chord charts and playing tips. The manual is also in several languages. There is an AC adapter that both powers the keyboard and recharges the built-in lithium battery. A holder for sheet music is also included.
6. The instrument is portable, though it is heavy. The heaviness, though, speaks to the quality of manufacture. I could find no shortcuts in the way it has been produced.
7. The range of simulated instruments including percussion, organs, horns and string is among the best I've seen. Some are more realistic sounding than others, but the ability to loop different sounds is a real asset.
8. The keyboard is a superb learning tool, as the keys light up and can be followed when learning a song. They even flash on the correct keys while playing the demo tunes!
MINUSES:
1. It is heavy and although it is portable and can be used with its internal battery, it is not something you can just decide to grab at the last minute. I would recommend buying a well-padded carry case, something not included. I know a suitable one from Donner is available on Amazon.
2. The power cord for the AC adapter is short and you would likely need to plug it into a power strip with a long cord.
Because I already have a keyboard that I am happy with as a learning tool, this Donner keyboard will go to a family member who plays keyboard in a local band. I've told him about this instrument and he seems thrilled to have it for its portability and wide range of features like simulated instruments and MIDI connectibility. If I had the room in my house and could play keyboards well, I would certainly keep it for myself!

Easy to purchase the piano/keyboard, good email updates about the order, and a very quick delivery, earlier than anticipated. Bought for our 7 and 5 years olds as a kick-start piano, and we think was a good decision to buy it. We wanted a classic piano, but due to lack of space at home were looking for something not too big, and not dependent of a laptop or app. First impressions are good, easy to use for kids and good size, so far loving it!

This is a fabulous beginners keyboard . It has learning light up keys. It has a nice stand. You can easily proper your tablet up on the sheet music holder and play along with your tablet. If you have a child or you yourself are wanting to learn to play the keyboard/piano then this is definitely a great starter option. It has 500 tones, 300 rhythms, 60 demo songs, chord mode, and song accompaniment. And DK-10S has double keyboard mode and double tone mode.
It has MULTIPLE FUNCTION, RECHARGEABLE - DK-10S comes with multiple interfaces of external expansion devices and supports USB-MIDI, sustain pedal, headphones, and audio out. It can powered by the adapter or the lithium battery. The full-charged lithium battery can provide up to 5 hours of playing time. The volume control is great. It has every option that larger full sized keyboards have, and yet is still small enough (61 keys) to take with you anywhere. You can plug earphones up to it and play solo. This is a great price for all it can do. Makes a great gift. Will keep kids busy for hours. I would recommend and buy again. I’m happy to have found this nice keyboard with stand. I have enjoyed playing the piano again.

This is a great beginner's piano, or just for someone who likes to play but doesn't have a lot of room in their home or apartment. That would be me, haha! I love the light up keys that make it more fun for my grandkids to try to play. That makes it really neat. They have a very musical mother and this allows them to do more playing than they could on their own. The piano stand is easy to put together. The manual is great for learning all the ins and outs of the musical device. I love all that it can do! It's super fun. The best thing about electric pianos is that you can plug a lot of things into it, especially headphones, haha! It could be sturdier, but just make sure you have it nicely up against a wall and not just free standing in the middle of a room and you'll be fine.
