Ordered this as a bench for our keyboard and it is so nice it makes our keyboard look cheap! It’s very easy to assemble and made out of great quality materials. Love being able to store music out of sight. It’s very sturdy and comfortable as well. Would definitely recommend. Would make an excellent gift!

So easy to put together. Very sturdy. I don’t know my adult son’s weight, but he’s 6’6” tall and broad shoulder and he can sit on this bench with no problems. The top opens to keep your books inside. We use this bench as a spare chair in our family room from time to time when the house is full. It works well at the piano and as a bench for resting.
