Piano is great (now), the issue is that the delivery was split in 2 packages without confirmation. The piano was delayed. Eventually turned up and one for the r keys wasn’t working. I’d already waiting days for 1 response from customer services about the delivery so decided to open the piano up myself and fixed it myself. I shouldn’t have to do that for a new purchase.
The customer service response process and time to respond is shocking.

Legs easy to put on, nice looking piano, haven’t installed the pedals yet so can’t comment on those but the overall beginner piano I was looking for sounds fab
The instructions are short and beyond complex to work out re the other sounds and features so haven’t a clue how any of that works but that’s not what I purchased for. If you want intuitive sounds and rhythms and features you buy a Yamaha or technics. This piano is simple semi weighted and all seems to work fine so far!

Choosing a piano was a real challenge. We wanted a piano that suited my daughter as she started learning to play but that also suited our room in a small space. We wanted it in the lounge so she can be with us when she plays. I must say, I am so thrilled with the piano. It sounds fabulous and the semi-weighted keys are perfect for my young children to learn. Definitely great value for money in my opinion.

The sound quality was not great, the keys didn’t feel semi weighted at all, the interface even paired with the instruction book is far to difficult to use. Advertised as a beginner piano but you need a separate qualification to select the sound you want!
The piano does contain a lot of good quality voices but the speakers really let it down along with the cheap feel of the keys

Piano arrived with box battered. I contacted your customer services regarding the returns policy. They pushed back and told me I had to keep it. I pushed back and they accepted a return was appropriate after all. All communication was done by a rep using Chat GPT. They left the quotation marks in from their copying and pasting. I am still waiting for my £255 refund.

I’m really happy with this piano and stool. The piano looks absolutely stunning, a beautiful addition to my home, and it feels just as good as it looks. I especially appreciate the adjustable volume, which makes it easy to play without headphones while still keeping the sound at a comfortable level. The stool is sturdy and comfortable, making longer practice sessions a joy. Overall, a fantastic combination of style, quality, and practicality!
It's a pity that the stool doesn't match the piano (different colours, there is no stool in gray). But besides it, I love everything about it.

The keyboard is a very good standard and sound quality is very good but the main reason I selected this above other makes was because of the colour.
I was slightly disappointed as it appeared to be a lighter oak in the images but when it arrived it appeared to be between a natural oak & a light walnut shade. Not a massive issue but it does not match the decor of the room I was planning to put it into.

Great kit - great price point - looks great and provides the use of a piano without the cumbersome aesthetic or upkeep. Arrived promptly. It is not possible to set up using the kit provided as indicated by the image on site. You cannot connect the foot pedals to the keyboard by running it neatly along the floor and up the leg - it does not reach. I currently unplug as the cable is on the base and not the back. This is my only issue with it.

I'm always wary when reading reviews, but they were all really good for this electric piano. And I can see why - I love it! I was pleased to find one that wasn't black shiny plastic, the wood effect looks really nice and it fits in like a piece of furniture. Super easy to set up, works well, and as an amateur piano player, does the job for me. I don't think this would be good if you're a super professional player, because obviously the keys are plastic and only partially weighted, but it is perfect for the occasional player or someone who's just getting back into playing, like me. It's an incredibly reasonable price too, compared to the competitors out there.
