Looks good. Sounds good. Keys themselves a bit noisy, but 2 irritating things.
1. The screw hole for the music stand on the right is not correctly fitted so the screw cross threads and doesn’t tighten meaning the stand doesn’t tighten and pops out on one side with the slightest knock.
2. The pedal wire is short and is not able to come sideways fron a leg but dangles haphazardly directly down, rather spoiling the looks of the piece.
3. The internal speaker is on the left. There’s not one on the right. So the sound is off centre when playing.

I don’t know if the piano is any good yet, because I had to ship it overseas. I didn’t like the customer service. No telephone number to call and speak to a human, and the response rates were longer than most. The piano came on time, but the stools came a day later and missed the shipment. Hopefully the equipment is great. But I question purchasing again due to customer service.

This lovely piano arrived in good time and was well packed. I put the legs on myself, but ideally there should be two people to turn the piano right-side up. It’s heavy and awkward to lift by oneself.
It fits well in my dining room and has a lovely sound with 3 pedals to help with expression.
The legs come just outside the length of the keyboard itself so take that into account when measuring where the piano will go. The on/off button is at the back of the keyboard but is easily reached when located. No need to pull the piano out.
It’s a really nice piece of furniture. I play just for me and now will be able to entertain myself more during the colder months.

Great sound. Weighted keys feel like a normal piano. Only issue I had was that the measurements online did not take into account the slope of the legs. We had difficulty getting it to fit in the space available. Perhaps state the outer most measurement with the other measurements. The colour is stronger and darker and more red than the 'natural' colour that appeared in the online images. Apart from that the piano is small, unobtrusive with a nice shape.

I have waited a long time to be able to afford to replace my previous keyboard ..I did a lot of research onlinebefore setting my hearton the Donner and am not disappointed...it was delivered super quickly and efficiently...any problems you may have read about packaginghave been sorted...well wrapped and received in perfect condition...I have broken bones in both hands, and following my physio's⚕️recommendation, am now practising scales and arpeggios with a view to being able to play some basic hymnsand carols by Christmas⛪☦️!

The overall of this keyboard is great. However, I do find certain keys are uneven than the others (A few keys are slighter higher than the others. When playing this keyboard, it could make the play a little annoying). I'm not sure if it is a manufacturing error or could also be due to the delivery.

I wasn't expecting to like this as much as I do! I had budget constraints so was drawn in by the price as much as the style of the piano, and I knew I only wanted a simple keyboard but did need weighted keys so this seemed to tick all the boxes. I thought also it might look a bit cheap but I needn't have worried - it doesn't really look like wood as such but then neither does much of the furniture in my music room and it really does look very nice - much nicer, in my view, than the chunky black boxy frames that you normally get.
I'm not a very accomplished pianist but I am a music teacher and this feels and sounds great to me. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who just wants to play a decent piano at a decent price.

Great piano, I was worried when ordering that the wood veneer might look cheap. But wow I couldn’t have been more wrong it looks great. Metal legs are strong and solid once they are screwed in and the wooden look on them is a very close match.
The stool, however had no assembly instructions with it

My only disappointment are the cables, which are definitely not long enough to be hidden either at the back of the instrument or going along one of the legs as shown in their photo for the pedals.

The stand for the music is only half height - it looks good but can only properly support an A4 document in landscape. Portrait documents / books flop over the back of the stand - is it adjustable - am I missing something?

Read the reviews of this piano, which were mostly excellent. We wanted a piano which just sounded like a piano - we don't need any bells and whistles! We also wanted something which would look elegant in our dining room, and not take up too much space. This fits the bill perfectly. It looks great, is compact and sounds just like a piano. I'm an absolute beginner and my daughter is fairly proficient. She assures me that the weighted keyboard feels just like the real thing and is delightful to play. The only thing we have one small gripe with is that the piano is slightly darker than it looked in the pictures on the website. That said, it is still a thing of beauty! Incredibly quick and efficient delivery too. Would thoroughly recommend.

This really is as beautiful in person as it looks online. The delivery was fast (arrived a day early than scheduled just in time on the evening of my birthday!) The assembly was straight forward but the keyboard is much heavier than I expected. Great for quality but once you've screwed the legs in you're not going to want to move it about a lot. Luckily I don't need to!
The wood finish is stunning, and the pedal unit matches well despite not being wood effect just plastic one colour but I knew this from other reviews.
I'm in my 30s and learned to play at school then just dabbled on a keyboard now and then to keep it up. So while I'm not a beginner I'm certainly not great yet and not looking to play professionally just enjoy my own practise of favourite songs every few days.
I love the feel of these weighted keys and am happy with the sound as for the price point I knew it wouldn't be like a yamaha or casio. Not sure why some say its not good enough, It sounds like a pretty piano? What more do you need! But have only given 4* as the keys struggle to move fast enough to make sound on each press of the note when doing quick succession single trills that could be considered more advanced but should be capable for lower levels too, and every now and then the quality of the voice falters mid play but not enough to think it's a fault just think it's because of the level this keyboard is at. It's 1000x better than my previous non weighted keyboard though and the closest look to a wooden piano you could hope for in a model of its size. So pretty! Just wish it had a lid but didn't like the other style changes in the plus model that has this for the extra money so will use a cover instead.

I am a beginer player and wanted a keyboard that would match the feel of my teacher's piano. She has an upright Steinbach and the Donner keyboard feels very similar which helps my practice. It's a beautiful piece of furniture and looks great in my lounge. For the price the sound is very good with a full tonal range and good dynamics.

And the best feature is that it has one lovely piano sound set, so no listening to the kids scroll through a million presets looking for the fart noises! The whole family has been really enjoying this - a great alternative if you can't fit an acoustic piano in your house :)

This piano is a good value. It sounds great. I like the weighted keys and the versatility of sounds that can be used. I have played the piano for years, so I am not a beginner, and did not need the added beginner lesson book, which was quite good. It does not take up much room although has a full-sized keyboard. I put it together myself, although it would have been nice to have another person to assist.
