The overall of this keyboard is great. However, I do find certain keys are uneven than the others (A few keys are slighter higher than the others. When playing this keyboard, it could make the play a little annoying). I'm not sure if it is a manufacturing error or could also be due to the delivery.

I wasn't expecting to like this as much as I do! I had budget constraints so was drawn in by the price as much as the style of the piano, and I knew I only wanted a simple keyboard but did need weighted keys so this seemed to tick all the boxes. I thought also it might look a bit cheap but I needn't have worried - it doesn't really look like wood as such but then neither does much of the furniture in my music room and it really does look very nice - much nicer, in my view, than the chunky black boxy frames that you normally get.
I'm not a very accomplished pianist but I am a music teacher and this feels and sounds great to me. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who just wants to play a decent piano at a decent price.

The piano has a weak sound, keys are difficult to play, sustain pedal hardly changes the note played. Contrary to the web pages it doesn't match its claims. It's not suitable for me. I have emailed the customer service team 2 days after I purchased the keyboard and I haven't had any response over a week and 5 emails for a return authorisation reference. The website states we'll respond within 24 hours, hasn't happened.

Great piano, I was worried when ordering that the wood veneer might look cheap. But wow I couldn’t have been more wrong it looks great. Metal legs are strong and solid once they are screwed in and the wooden look on them is a very close match.
The stool, however had no assembly instructions with it

The stand for the music is only half height - it looks good but can only properly support an A4 document in landscape. Portrait documents / books flop over the back of the stand - is it adjustable - am I missing something?

Read the reviews of this piano, which were mostly excellent. We wanted a piano which just sounded like a piano - we don't need any bells and whistles! We also wanted something which would look elegant in our dining room, and not take up too much space. This fits the bill perfectly. It looks great, is compact and sounds just like a piano. I'm an absolute beginner and my daughter is fairly proficient. She assures me that the weighted keyboard feels just like the real thing and is delightful to play. The only thing we have one small gripe with is that the piano is slightly darker than it looked in the pictures on the website. That said, it is still a thing of beauty! Incredibly quick and efficient delivery too. Would thoroughly recommend.

This really is as beautiful in person as it looks online. The delivery was fast (arrived a day early than scheduled just in time on the evening of my birthday!) The assembly was straight forward but the keyboard is much heavier than I expected. Great for quality but once you've screwed the legs in you're not going to want to move it about a lot. Luckily I don't need to!
The wood finish is stunning, and the pedal unit matches well despite not being wood effect just plastic one colour but I knew this from other reviews.
I'm in my 30s and learned to play at school then just dabbled on a keyboard now and then to keep it up. So while I'm not a beginner I'm certainly not great yet and not looking to play professionally just enjoy my own practise of favourite songs every few days.
I love the feel of these weighted keys and am happy with the sound as for the price point I knew it wouldn't be like a yamaha or casio. Not sure why some say its not good enough, It sounds like a pretty piano? What more do you need! But have only given 4* as the keys struggle to move fast enough to make sound on each press of the note when doing quick succession single trills that could be considered more advanced but should be capable for lower levels too, and every now and then the quality of the voice falters mid play but not enough to think it's a fault just think it's because of the level this keyboard is at. It's 1000x better than my previous non weighted keyboard though and the closest look to a wooden piano you could hope for in a model of its size. So pretty! Just wish it had a lid but didn't like the other style changes in the plus model that has this for the extra money so will use a cover instead.

I am a beginer player and wanted a keyboard that would match the feel of my teacher's piano. She has an upright Steinbach and the Donner keyboard feels very similar which helps my practice. It's a beautiful piece of furniture and looks great in my lounge. For the price the sound is very good with a full tonal range and good dynamics.

This piano is a good value. It sounds great. I like the weighted keys and the versatility of sounds that can be used. I have played the piano for years, so I am not a beginner, and did not need the added beginner lesson book, which was quite good. It does not take up much room although has a full-sized keyboard. I put it together myself, although it would have been nice to have another person to assist.

My only issue / complaint is that the tiny pins on the pedal cord broke and I can't seem to find a replacement cord.

My husband bought this Digital piano for my birthday. I had been looking for one and this was it. It does what wanted it to do. It has different sounds. Success piano, organ, and symphony sounds and others. It records and has a headphone jack. I put it together myself. But had to have men lift the keyboard on the base. It is heavy.

As a beginner piano player I wanted something that was reasonably priced yet still giving a good “feel” to learn on. I have been very pleased with it, in particular because it looks nice and so can be front and centre in the living room (which means it gets played more). The only thing I would change is I wish it had a retractable key cover to protect the keyboard when it is not being played.

I would have given this a 5-star review, but I found the assembly instructions difficult to follow. And like with most electronics these days, a full user manual was not included. I had to download and print the 60+ page manual myself. Without the manual, the many features of this piano are impossible to understand.

This is my first piano and I'm super happy with the purchase. I love that it comes with a lesson book to get me started. The quality of the piano amazing. Assembly was not difficult but took some time to understand what parts needed to be fastened first. After that it was quick. They don't recommend you place it on hardwood as it may scratch it, especially during assembly so we stopped assembling it and ran out to buy a rug. Shipping was fast and it arrived earlier than expected. There was no issues or damage during shipping.

We bought the Donner DDP-80 instead, which has a deeper sound, louder volume, and much softer sustain pedals. The build and finish had a few minor blemishes that required some easy touch-up with a pen and razor blade, but happy overall, especially since it was also much cheaper.

I started learning the piano back in the early 1980s at the age of 8 and by the time I was 24 had reached Grade 7. I hadn’t touched a piano in 25 years due to having no room in the house and wanted to take it up again. I was nervous to start with that the Donner DDP-80 would have the feel of a real piano but having now played it I need not have worried. The feel is exactly as I remember my old acoustic piano used to be. I may be incredibly rusty but I really am loving re visiting the pieces I used to play as a teenager/young adult. The tone of the DDP-80 is incredible. When I told my wife I wanted to buy a digital piano she was very sceptical that the it would sound like a real on but she was amazed when I started to play it at how good it really is. The DDP-80 also looks amazing in my new music room.

Overall happy with this keyboard. It's a bummer though that they sent a 5-pin plug for the sustain pedal but the keyboard accepts 1/4". Have to spend some extra money now to get it to work. Bah.
